David Wolfe Design air poppets are to be used in plastic injection and compression molds. The poppets have a patented inner construction for long life and available in both metric and english sizes.
Air Poppets are used to relieve the vacuum created in a mold either upon the mold opening or the plastic part being removed. The air poppets come in both metric and english sizes. Metric sizes range from 8.0mm to 18.0mm. English sizes range from .250" to 1.00". A large heavy duty "Summo" poppet is available in 36.0mm diameter for highly abusive compression molding enviroments.
